Mike Branger is a seasoned telecommunications executive with nearly three decades of industry experience spanning carrier leadership and solution-provider consulting. He spent 26 years with AT&T in a variety of roles across wireless and wireline services before retiring from the carrier side and transitioning into the solutions space.

For the past three years, Mike has worked as a Solution Provider, helping organizations navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape. His experience covers wireless business solutions for small businesses through large enterprise customers, serving both public and private sector organizations.

Mike currently serves as Vice President of Wireless Business Solutions for Mainstream Telecom, where he partners with organizations to simplify and modernize their technology environments. He specializes in evaluating existing wireless and wireline solutions to identify opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and improved performance—while ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong carrier support. Leveraging deep insider knowledge from his carrier sales background, Mike helps clients secure the best value from national providers, streamline services, and address operational pain points with practical, forward-thinking technology solutions.

Joey Montez is the Chief Executive Officer of Mainstream Telecom and former President of Strategic Services at Unity Communications, where he sets the vision for growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships across the telecommunications and customer experience landscape. With over two decades of experience in telecom, sales leadership, and technology consulting, Joey is known for transforming how organizations approach connectivity and customer engagement. He leads with a forward-thinking mindset, driving the adoption of advanced solutions including UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-powered technologies to help businesses scale efficiently and stay competitive. Joey’s leadership is rooted in building high-performing teams, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering impactful, results-driven outcomes.

Britt Messina is the Vice President of Business Development at Mainstream Telecom, where she drives strategic growth and builds high-value partnerships across multiple industries. With a diverse background in telecom, medical, and office technology sales, she brings a consultative approach to solving complex business challenges. Britt specializes in aligning advanced communication solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-driven customer engagement with each client’s unique goals. Known for her relationship-first mindset, she is a trusted advisor focused on delivering measurable results, cost savings, and scalable growth.

Linh Nguyen is an experienced industry professional with over 20 years in telecommunications and technology. He has worked extensively across key sectors, including healthcare, supporting hospitals and clinics, financial services with banks and credit unions, and hospitality, partnering with major brand-name chains.

Linh specializes in network infrastructure solutions, including circuits, private networks, and MPLS, as well as voice systems ranging from traditional PBX and PRI to modern CCaaS and UCaaS platforms. His expertise also extends to SD-WAN, enabling organizations to modernize and optimize their connectivity.

Jeff Nocero is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. He brings deep expertise across network infrastructure, UCaaS/CCaaS, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, SD-WAN, and cellular services. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer service, Jeff has earned a strong reputation throughout the industry, supported by numerous references and client testimonials.

Joel George, founder and President of Tech By George LLC and Trusted Advisor with Mainstream Telecom, has spent more than two decades helping businesses navigate the ever-changing world of technology. Based in Austin, Texas, Joel built his career around a simple idea: technology should make running a business easier—not more complicated.

Joel launched Tech By George in 2014 after years of working directly with businesses that struggled with unreliable networks, confusing telecom options, and disconnected systems. He saw firsthand how much time and money companies lose when technology isn’t working the way it should. His solution was to create a company focused on simplifying telecommunications and IT infrastructure so organizations can stay connected, secure, and productive.
